BG Village Outdoor Market - Vendor Information


At this time, the Battle Ground Village Outdoor Market has closed its registration. However, if you are still interested in participating, we have a handful of dates available. Please call Jennifer Riddle at 360-397-0334 for the list of open days.

BGVOM has 4 vendor categories: Agriculture, Prepared Food & Artisan and Commercial.

Agriculture: includes produce, eggs, meat, fish, honey, herbs, (any grown food sold in its natural or raw state- not prepared). All applicable health codes apply.

Prepared Food: any food prepared/cooked with heat at the market.

Artisans, Non Prepared Food & Flowers: arts, crafts, jewelry, candles, flowers, baked goods & candies, food sold in jars i.e. dressings, marinades.

Commercial: only available the 2nd Friday and Saturday of every month.

Full-time Agriculture Vendors: 17-20 market days

  • Fee is waived (vendor contract will state vendor agrees to pay the part time vendor if below 17 days)
  • Confirmed spot (except for special events)

    Part-time Agriculture Vendor: 13-16 market days

  • Fee is $10 per market day (vendor contract will state vendor agrees to pay the casual vendor if below 13 days)
  • Confirmed spot (except for special events)
  • 50% of market days due as a deposit with registration if signed up by February 15 and remainder due by April 1, 2011. After February 15 entire amount must be paid with registration
  • 15 market days x $10 per day x 50% = $75 deposit

    Casual Agriculture Vendor: 7-12 market days

  • Fee is $15 per market day
  • Confirmed spot
  • 50% of market days due as a deposit with registration and remainder due by April 1, 2012
  • 10 market days x $15 per day x 50% = $75 deposit

    Full-time Prepared Food Vendor: 17-20 market days (must provide menu)

  • Fee is $20 per market day
  • Confirmed spot
  • 50% of market days due as a deposit with registration and remainder due by April 1, 2012
  • 18 market days x $15 per day x 50% = $135 deposit
  • Includes electricity

    Part-time Prepared Food Vendor: 13-16 market days (must provide menu)

  • Fee is $25 per market day
  • Confirmed spot
  • 50% of market days due as a deposit with registration and remainder due by April 1, 2012
  • 15 market days x $25 per day x 50% = $187.50 deposit
  • Electricity available on a first come first basis

    Casual Prepared Food Vendor: 7-12 market days (must provide menu)

  • Fee is $30 per market day
  • Spot will be confirmed the day of the market.
  • Payment due in full at time of registration
  • Electricity available on a first come first basis

    Full-time Artisans, Non Prepared Food & Flowers: 17-20 market days

  • Fee is $10 per market day
  • Confirmed spot
  • 50% of market days due as a deposit with registration and remainder due by April 1, 2012.
  • 18 market days x $10 per day x 50% = $90 deposit

    Part-time Artisans, Non Prepared Food & Flowers: 13-16 market days

  • Fee is $20 per market day
  • Confirmed spot (except for special events)
  • 50% of market days due as a deposit with registration and remainder due by April 1, 2012.
  • 15 market days x $20 per day x 50% = $150 deposit

    Casual Artisans, Non Prepared Food & Flowers: 7-12 market days

  • Fee is $30 per market day
  • Spot will be confirmed the day of the market.
  • Payment due in full at time of registration

    Entertainment: i.e. face painting, balloon animals, jugglers, magicians - NO FEE if space available

    Commercial Vendors (excluding jewelry): Fee is $25 per day and only the second Saturday of May, June & July, and the second Friday of August & September.

    DISCLOSURE: Once you have decided on your vendor status (Full-time, Part-time or Casual), you will have agreed to participate in a certain amount of market days. If you drop beneath those days, you will be considered in a different status, and you will be required to pay the fee difference for the entire duration of the market.
