Harvest Days Run

This year's Harvest Days Run takes place July 22, 2012. The run is part of the annual Harvest Days celebration in Battle Ground, Washington and includes a Half Marathon, 8K, and Family Run. The looped courses provide a scenic backdrop through the countryside and down the heart of Main Street, starting and finishing in Battle Ground Village. The event will be chip-timed by Rogue Multi-Sport. Registrants of the Half Marathon and 8K will receive a commemorative Dri-Fit shirt and all registrants will receive a participation medal. Runners and walkers are welcome! Enjoy food from Bone's Steak and Chop House, beer from Laurelwood Brewery, and a live DJ at the post-party, all included in your registration. Following the run, 100 classic cars will parade into Battle Ground Village. Stay and enjoy the show! Other Harvest Days festivities on run day include a carnival and Battle Ground Village Outdoor Market.

North County Wine Run

The 2nd Annual North County Wine Run is scheduled for Saturday September 22, 2012 and will benefit the Doernbecher Children's Hospital Foundation. Over the past decade, Clark County has become Washington's newest emerging wine region, with growth concentrated in the Battle Ground and Ridgefield areas. The North County Wine Run offers runners and walkers the opportunity to experience this beautiful region through a half-marathon loop and 10K out and back run beginning and ending at Rusty Grape Vineyard in Battle Ground, Washington. On paved country roads, the routes highlight the gorgeous scenery of north Clark County: rolling hills, rural landscapes, and views of Mt. St. Helens. Run to the Village

Get moving and get active this summer! buildchamps.com proudly presents the second annual Run to the Village 5k Race. Whether you are a runner or a walker you are sure to enjoy this flat and friendly course that winds around Battle Ground Village along Rasmussen Blvd and Kiwanis Park. At the start and finish of the race you won't be able to miss the Outdoor Market where local treasures and entertainment abound, so be sure to stick around and enjoy the latest attractions. Prizes will be awarded to the first male and female finishers.
